Your appointment begins with a thorough consultation and facial assessment. Once your goals are established, a numbing cream or ice pack is applied to ensure comfort. Kandy then uses fine needles to precisely place the filler, gradually building shape and volume while maintaining symmetry and balance.
The treatment takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and you’ll see results immediately, with most swelling resolving within a few days.
Tips for Recovery & Best Results
- Apply cold compresses to minimize swelling (no direct pressure)
- Avoid exercise, alcohol, or heat for 24 hours
- Sleep on your back with your head elevated
- Avoid lip makeup or kissing for the first 24 hours
- Stay hydrated to support hyaluronic acid in the filler
Minor swelling, tenderness, or bruising is normal and fades quickly. Most patients return to normal activities the same day.
